How can you assure a prosperous 2004? By focusing on one resource that makes or breaks a company. Do you know what it is?
The one resource to assure prosperity is “relationship with our fellow beings” and the most important people, after you, are your CUSTOMERS. The most successful firms are passionate about serving their customers — keeping them, listening to them, providing them exceptional value, helping them become your champions, and attracting more of them. Customers provide sales revenue and without revenue no amount of cost cutting and expense management will make you profitable. That is why the 3rd Practice of Prosperity states: “Have connection to your inner self and to an external support system.” When you support your customers, they support you. You know that. But here’s a reminder and some help.
What’s your plan to ensure CUSTOMER DELIGHT? Consider this: Technology and Management Solutions recently helped one more of our clients, a fast growing telecommunications service provider, design and launch its inaugural User Group. This included a Customer Advisory Group, a representative sample of carefully selected top customers, who met regularly live and via conferencing in focused discussions facilitated by Theresa Szczurek. The larger User Group of all customers was kicked off via a multiple day face-to-face conference that allowed superb relationship building, information sharing, and networking. The results were extraordinary — 100% of participants were satisfied with the User Group and plan to participate again.
Pursuing Customer Delight to help you and your organization thrive is one of Technology and Management Solutions’ core competencies, and it is in line with our passionate purpose of being your catalyst for extraordinary results. Using an original process TMS developed over the last 15 years, we have organized and run successful customer relationship programs for large and medium sized companies across the country. Here’s the latest review:
“Theresa Szczurek’s focus, attention to detail, and organized approach drove the success of this program, which was even more of an accomplishment given the short time frame within which Theresa had to work. The very successful program that Theresa developed will be the model going forward. We are very appreciative of the work from TMS.”Jere Richardson, Senior Vice President, Marketing & Alliances V-SPAN, a premier Unified Collaboration Services Provider

The 3rd Practice of Prosperity is: “Have connection to your inner self and to an external support system.”
